How much would the bills be on this council flat? (UK ONLY PLEASE) :)?

with one comment

Hi there :)

Me and my boyfriend are 22 and 26. We both graduate university in june 2010 but work (he works full time, i work part time) aswell.
My mum is really really mentally unstable and aggressive and I am at the point in my life where I feel I am going to have a mental breakdown myself if I stay at home. I almost think it will be better for her aswell if I am in my own place because she says she hates me anyway.

We certainly can’t afford a nice place yet or a mortgage until we are finished with our studies and have better jobs so have been looking at council properties.

We bring home about 1,200 between us but bth have finance on our cars. We have been looking at properties such as the following but wondered, how much do you think the bills would be on one of these flats please? The third one, CLIFTON AVENUE seems quite good but we don’t think we can afford it if the bills are much more?

Thanks for any advice :) x
