Was the lack of regulation on financial derivatives the main cause of our economic collapse? Or was it the easy money that Fanny Mae and Freddie Mac were giving out for home mortgages like there was no tomorrow? I would say that it was both, but there were other factors involved as well. In line with my financial situtation i have applied and 've been offered admission at this two Universities for An MSc programme in Financial markets and derivatives and Finance and investment mgt respectively.

Which offer should i accept bearing in my mind employability after graduation.?

What are the summer school options for an international student looking for finance courses?Is LSE the only 1?

I know LSE has summer school for finance and economics topics, I want a course for derivatives or advanced topics in capital markets which can be beneficial for trading jobs. I am going to do a masters degree in finance this year but want to get summer schools courses from a top uni. LSE seems the best option but I dont know if other top schools in UK or USA has this type of summer schools. Thank you.
