we need to move out of our 1 bed property but dont have enough money for a deposit?

with one comment

i currently live wth my fiance and my 2 year old son in surrey. our flat is infested with mould and is just too small for all three of us now, and my son needs his own room. I am currently getting housing benefit but its not alot.
We need to move out to a two bed place asap, and our landlord presently has said he will accept one months notice as he leinant as he does not want to fix the mould problem.
We have no spear cash and all the properties we have looked at all though we can afford the rent of like 700 we cant afford the deposit or all the agency fees etc… wat can we do?????? and ideas????

one more thing i have no one that will lend us the money and cannot get a loan or credit card or any type of finance!

Fiance Visa, Family Finance?

with one comment

Can anyone resolve this on-going dispute?
It seems that it is unclear wether or not the law permits a Sponsor to offer ‘Maintainance and Accomodation’ to his Fiance through proving his families intetnions to provide this within the initial six months of leave.
It is understodd that the law states quite clearly that after the couple are married then they need to occupy exclusively a property on thier own and are expected to provide for themselves, but there seems to be conflicting accounts of wether a Sponsor can offer his families financial support and accomodation (with thier proven consent of course) to his Fiance during the months before marriage.
Chapter 9 of the Immigration guidelines on the Border Agencies webpage seems to be open for interperatation in this way.
Can anyone confirm with any authority what the laws stance on this actually is?

our deposit on our new place is nearly 1800 and we will only get back 937, and we wont get that back untill we leave the property so this will not be intime for all the deposit etccc….

when is the best time in general to start a family?

with one comment

i'm 27, my fiance's 30, we're getting married at the end of the year, and i feel ready to have a family, so does my OH. anything we should think about apart from the obvious (finances, time, health)?
obviously we want to wait until after the wedding, but i'm thinking, "should we start trying straight away?"
straight away after the wedding i mean! LOL
i dont smoke or drink!!!
we're going on honeymoon via plane, when is it safe to travel whilst pregnant?
