I have nothing to profit from sharing this information. This has nothing with Martial Arts and at the same time everything to do with it as we must apply what we learn to the reality and be brave. Have you got what it takes to survive!? I am not trying to be a preacher nor do this for praise, recognition, sympathy or whatever. I do it as I feel that I wouldnt deserve to posses the knowledge etc which has been shared with me if I didnt apply it correctly by sharing it. This is what I see as …

Not only are we in debt to the Far East – they are taking over our banks.

Mitsubishi Finance, Nomura Japan, and China Investment Corporation are all moving in on America’s banking sector after the crisis of last week.

Republicans have got us into a complete mess.

Can we ever get our banks back now.?.

Is a masters by distance learning worth the same as a normal one?

with one comment

Im in the UK, just finished a degree in International Finance, thinking of doing a masters but I dont want to stay in the uk. Eventually I want to get a job in finance in Tokyo. Im thinking I might go to Japan and do a masters in finance by distance learning.
Has anyone done anything like this?
Do you know how much they cost, how long they take, if they hold the same wieght at a normal masters, where a good place to do one is, what you need to get on the course and is it difficult learning by yourself?
Any help will be much appreciated.

Where will the property market be in 3 years time ?

with one comment

I have seen two property corrections in my lifetime, 1972 and 1989. Everything is cyclical and I feel we are due for another bumpy ride.
This government has encouraged rampant houseprice inflation to a point where my kids, who have full time work with large PLC's, cannot afford to purchase their first house.
Economic prosperity has to be earned, not given away. Our debt levels in this country are enourmous. Property prices have crashed in Japan, America, Spain and France etc. We cannot remain aloof from a global downsize.
Tax the buy to let brigade who borrowed excessively against rising prices to finance their expansion and tax the second home owners.
These high prices do no one any good.
