Is the marketing analysis(postgraduate course) too difficult to learn?
Mathematics is not my field and i have no enough ability to learn finance and economics.
But the course:international marketing which has the marketing analysis course, I am so confused that i can do it.
i need your help
What do these positions in Investment Banking Mean?
Operations Department, eg: Are you doing accountancy based maths with a calculator or just shuffling papers?
Trading: Is this all computerised or is any mathematics or paper shuffling involved?
Corporate Finance and other positions
basically in these and other positions what actually do the people in these departments/roles do and how much maths is used by them?

ps: How can I find what these roles entail? Most websites simply tell you they do this or that but not specifically whats done.
actuarial sc, engineering or finance+econs?? help..?
i'm torn between what course to take. i'm a malaysian student who has completed my STPM last year. in case, you don't know what is STPM, it is something like A-levels.
i've narrowed down my choices but it's not much of a help.
1. actuarial science
2. chemical engineering
3. civil engineering
4. finance and economics (i wish someone can tell me more about this, pls)
hereby i insert some details on my interest and strength, etc.
1. i love math n i think i'm good at it. i got A 3times and once A- in my school examinations out of 5 times.
2. i don't know what is economics because i never studied this subject before as i was in the science stream.
3. the subjects i took were general paper, mathematics, chemistry and physics.
4. i used to love physics and hate, as in REALLY hate chemistry. but the strange thing is when i was pushing myself to totally digest chemistry for my final exams, i grew to love it, and less so of physics. confusing, isn't it?
5. i'm not too good in socialising with people, but i won't say i'm a loser. i just need more time before i dare and can talk to new people.

What will be the different of my career if I had a Economics degree or a Finance degree? ?
What will be the different of my career if I had a Economics degree or a Finance degree?
Actually I have 2 choices,
1.) Banking and Finance
2.) Mathematics and Economics
My main concern is that I heard someone said that it is difficult to find a job with a Economic degree, and they said Finance degree is more employable.
