when i first sent this in as a suggestion about 3years ago i also suggested the £billions should be able to be used by uk citizens for 2nd mortgages at say 5% which would allow people on to the property market a bit easier than it is now and the profits would pay for the NHS and benefits which would also be for us in fact we would be providing our own finance for these services which is in line with user pays policy of both major parties then if we the went for proportional representation there would be someone from all walks of life making sure no single party spent any of the collected fees on private projects or to buy peerages or anything else outside the public domain.

Before people start parroting, what about Mugabe and what about Idi Amin bla, bla, bla, just remember that Britain propped those leaders up.

Does it not suit Euro-American interests that Africa remain oppressed and underdeveloped in order to keep the prices of the natural resources low and thus boost their profits on the stock exchanges and the futures markets?
