which is good to borrowed money from the banking sector or the capital market through issuance of share?

If a Corporation needs long-term finance, in your opinion, which is the most appropriate source – borrowed money from the banking sector or from the capital market through issuance of share or bond if The Corporation is a public limited company without listing with any exchange and it does not have any debt.
